For someone who has always done these manually, it takes some practice and adjustments to get it right, but once you do, it’s really easy and fast to use. I won’t go back to doing them manually again.
Mervin A. Evans
Works great and easy to use
Michael Stracner
Took a few minutes to figure out how to use and get it adjusted to terminate the jacks, but once I did it worked great.

This crimps RJ-45 connectors easily and quickly, resulting in a quality connection.

Having punched down thousands of RJ45 jacks in my stint as a technology and network consultant, this tool is amazing! The process of getting all the wiring in the correct location is still a challenge that has to be done manually, but the actual punching down and cutting of the excess wire is now ‘automated’ with this tool. I have many a time punched down into my hand (causing bloodshed), into drywall, etc. as you have to physically punch down eight wires for each jack. Now, it is all done in one quick, PAINLESS motion that creates a clean, consistent connection. While they do require you to use their jacks, they are not priced significantly higher than generic jacks. When you compare the time and effort saved by using this product, it pays the difference multiple times over!

This is by far the superior and most efficient way of terminating Ethernet. I do a lot of work where I need to run Ethernet lines. While this ends up being very expensive compared to more traditional methods, the amount of time and effort that it saves is well worth the cost of admission to me.Funny enough the very first pair I did came out horribly, but after that botched first attempt each and every use has been flawless. The only time something goes wrong is because I wasn’t paying attention and crossed wires. I might be trying other brand keystone jacks and see if I can use those as well.

Made my life so much easier when I had to rewire our entire office.

Super fast to load up once you preset the individual CAT5e/CAT6 wires! Saves us like 75-90% of the time/labor which = MONEY SAVED IN THE LONG TERM! Crimps effortlessly and perfectly every time, and trims cleanly as well! Bought one to test it out, and now I’m going to outfit all my guys with one as their standard issue tool! We also tried it with a few other brands contrary to the description, and it worked as well! Might not work for EVERY punch down, but for the few other that we had in stock it worked.

I wasn’t sure how to use it at first, the instruction sheet wasn’t detailed enough. But I was able to figure it out with the help of the Internet and saw that it was actually pretty easy to use once I saw how. The product does a great job and was happy to pay what I paid despite only having a couple keystone jacks that needed replacing.

Works very well in the blank keystone Ethernet jacks; used several of them to properly wire my new home. The product is solid and achieved a solid tap for each connector I used it on. HUGE time-saver if you don’t mind parting with a little extra $!! They do what they claim and get the job done, good in my book! EasyJACK Termination Tool is a new respected tool among my networking bag!!
