Why International Teams Choose Easyton
Local execution since 2009
Easyton (sekurer.com) was founded in 2009. For over 17 years we have helped international companies run IT work in China with local hands on site—and updates that headquarters can follow in English.
We are not a “find any engineer” marketplace. We scope work, assign the right model (outsourcing contracts vs project milestones), and stay accountable to the agreement.
Bilingual reporting to HQ
Foreign-company pain is often not finding a technician—it is getting bilingual status, clear tickets, and progress notes that HQ can act on. Easyton works so local execution and overseas decision-makers stay aligned.
Outsourcing and project models under one roof
- IT outsourcing — contract-based helpdesk, monthly/annual support, talent dispatch, and network maintenance
- Project support — office build-outs, cabling coordination, rollouts, and cutovers with defined milestones
- Parts and equipment — office equipment and DC / server-network parts when the job needs hardware as well as labour
Match the engagement model to the job before you brief us. Projects need acceptance criteria; outsourcing needs ticket flow and response expectations agreed up front.
Parts, cabling, and support—fewer vendors
When a site needs structured cabling, server-room work, equipment supply, and ongoing IT support, Easyton can coordinate under one vendor relationship. That reduces handoff gaps between “the cabling company,” “the PC vendor,” and “the helpdesk.”
How we work (quality process, not slogans)
We focus on practices you can verify in an engagement:
- Written scope before major onsite work
- Equipment staging and packing lists when we supply hardware
- Test and document cabling jobs to an agreed checklist
- Bilingual status for tickets and project milestones
- Soft response expectations discussed per agreement (for example, many day-to-day issues can be addressed within a couple of hours when scoped that way)—we do not invent hard SLA numbers on this page
We do not list unverified awards, “#1” rankings, or certifications we have not cleared for public marketing.
Clear next step
If you are evaluating a China IT partner for Hong Kong, Macao, the Greater Bay Area, or major mainland cities, start with a short assessment of sites, languages, and whether you need outsourcing, a project, or both.
