Network maintenance can include monitoring, patching, security updates, and performance care so issues are caught before they escalate to headquarters. Work is scoped to the sites in the agreement.
When to add project support
Ongoing maintenance follows the support agreement. A cabling or rack build is a separate project with milestones and can be quoted on its own.
