IT Project Support in China | Easyton
IT Project Support for International Companies
Since 2009, Easyton (sekurer.com) provides bilingual IT project support for international companies across Hong Kong, Macao, the Greater Bay Area (Pearl River Delta), and major mainland China cities. With over 17 years of delivery experience, we scope projects with clear milestones and acceptance criteria. Day-to-day ticket-based support is covered under separate IT outsourcing agreements when you need ongoing coverage.
What project support covers
Project support is scoped work agreed in writing before kickoff. Typical engagements include office IT setup and move or cutover support, structured cabling coordination with your facilities team, equipment rollout and staging, network readiness checks, and onsite or remote engineering for a defined deliverable. Scope, roles, and acceptance are confirmed up front so HQ and local stakeholders share the same picture.
Project vs ongoing outsourcing — which model fits
Projects run on milestones and acceptance: you define an outcome, we deliver against that scope, then close. Monthly or annual IT outsourcing uses ongoing tickets and soft service expectations suited to continuous operations. Many international clients use both—a project for a new office, expansion, or refresh, then outsourcing for day-to-day support. We help you choose the model that matches the work, without promising fixed turnaround days or round-the-clock coverage unless those terms appear in your signed agreement.
How a typical engagement starts
Share your site list, timeline windows, and technical constraints. We return a scoped proposal with milestones, assumptions, and acceptance points. After you approve, we coordinate bilingual reporting suited for international headquarters and local teams. Onsite work is available across Hong Kong, Macao, the Greater Bay Area / Pearl River Delta, and major mainland cities, with Shenzhen as a coordination hub—not an exclusive coverage limit.
What is included in Easyton project support?
Scoped onsite and remote work such as office IT setup, structured cabling coordination, equipment rollout, and cutover support, agreed in a written scope. Exact inclusions follow your quotation or statement of work.
How is this different from monthly IT outsourcing?
Projects use milestones and acceptance; outsourcing uses ongoing tickets and soft service expectations. Many clients use both—project delivery for change, outsourcing for steady-state operations.
Where do you deliver onsite project work?
Hong Kong, Macao, the Greater Bay Area / Pearl River Delta, and major mainland cities (for example Shenzhen as a hub, not an exclusive location). Remote coordination supports multi-site programmes.
