Quotations and invoices

A typical B2B path is: request a quote → issue or confirm a purchase order (PO) where your process requires one → receive an invoice aligned with the approved quotation or contract. Currency, tax treatment, and payment method are stated on the quotation or invoice for that order. Binding commercial numbers (deposit share, credit days, and similar) appear only on documents we issue to you—not on this page.

Service contracts vs product orders

IT outsourcing and project support are usually billed per the service schedule in your contract (for example periodic fees or milestone-based project invoices). Hardware and materials from the shop or special orders follow product-order terms on the related quotation—shipping, title, and acceptance as written there. Mixed engagements may combine both; we keep lines clear so HQ and finance can reconcile easily.

Do you support international wire and local CNY?

Discuss methods with sales when you request a quote. Available options depend on the contracting entity and order type. We will confirm currency and channel on the quotation—without listing unverified account numbers here.
